Commit to 'telling, not selling' whilst on our spins.
Keep all official business outside of our spins – the spin is just about meeting like minded executives
Have the ability to cycle 60 to 80kms at up to 25km per hour
Have some knowledge of group / bunch cycling
Understand the rules of the road and be respectful of other road users
